Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return unused, undamaged products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, in accordance with Lithuanian consumer protection laws, unless the product is personalized.

Important:

Products that are created specifically for the customer – including personalized designs, made-to-order items, or custom-printed goods – are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless due to seller error).
